We strive to make the world a little less lonely and a lot more meaningful. Need connection? Check out upcoming events!
Grounded32 is a nonprofit community center dedicated to mindfulness education and creative healing. It’s a place for people to find reprieve from stress, discover their strengths, and develop friendships. Our mission is to eradicate loneliness. We do this by hosting donation-based classes and subsidized meeting space to gatherings with altruistic causes, such as book studies, mindfulness groups, artist meetups, educational workshops, and outreach events. We also provide mental health scholarships to those in need. Read our most recent newsletter to learn more!
Sign up to attend an art class, date night, support group, or writing workshop. Don't forget about our mindfulness gatherings, like yoga, Tai chi, sound baths, and more! Most of our events are free and all are open to the public. All event donations go toward keeping the facility open and providing mental health scholarships to those in need. We hope you join us!
Our facility is simple: an open lobby, counseling offices, and a multi-purpose room equipped with bean bags, yoga mats, and a kitchenette. We have a lending library and quiet hours so ya'll have a safe, calm space to relax. Click below to reserving the group room for a private event.
Join us on Saturday, March 11th for our semi-formal gala. All proceeds fund 2023 programs. Enjoy a catered dinner, silent auction, inspiring stories, and delicious deserts. Purchase tickets, tables, or donate!
